At Freedom’s Hope, we walk with each participant through a structured three-step model designed to bring stability, growth, and long-term independence.
Meeting Immediate Needs with Love and Compassion
Before someone can move forward, their most basic needs must be stabilized. Care creates safety, trust, and hope.
Community Center
A welcoming, non-judgmental environment where participants can receive mail, do laundry, take a shower, enjoy snacks and coffee, and build meaningful relationships. A community meal is served each Thursday.
Health Clinic
In partnership with the Cone Health Congregational Nurse Program, a registered nurse serves on-site to provide basic medical care, health education, and referrals.
Behavioral Health & Substance Abuse Recovery Support
Licensed professionals provide mental health services and recovery support, offering evidence-based care in a respectful and compassionate setting.
Financial Assistance
Strategic financial assistance is provided to participants and individuals referred by trusted community partners to remove immediate barriers and prevent crisis escalation.
Spiritual Care
Our chaplains offer prayer, spiritual counseling, and biblical encouragement to those who desire it — reminding each person they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.
Building Skills, Stability, and Strong Decision-Making
Once stability begins, participants are equipped with tools and structure to move toward sustainability.
Case Management
Dedicated case managers help participants navigate community resources, secure identification documents, apply for benefits, pursue employment, and seek stable housing.
Hope Academy
Offered twice each year, this eight-week course meets once per week for two hours. Hope Academy provides holistic training in decision-making, coping skills, financial awareness, and personal responsibility — equipping participants for long-term change.
Restoration with Accountability and Forward Momentum
True transformation requires intentional steps forward. Launch is about measurable progress and sustainable independence.
Intensive Restorative Path
Participants work closely with a case manager in a structured, goal-oriented process focused on removing barriers and achieving long-term stability. This pathway includes accountability, practical action steps, and measurable milestones toward restoration, self-sufficiency and permanent housing

Stability alone is not enough — transformation requires growth. Through structured case management and Hope Academy, participants develop decision-making skills, accountability, and practical tools for sustainable living. Equip strengthens confidence and prepares individuals for long-term success.
Full Restoration
Lasting change requires intentional action and measurable progress. Our Intensive Restorative Path provides goal-driven support and accountability as participants move toward independence and self-sufficiency. Launch is where restoration becomes reality.
