1. Front Desk & Check-In

Be the first point of connection and set the tone.

• Welcome guests with warmth and dignity

• Assist with check-in process

• Help answer questions and guide guests to stations

2. Laundry

Serve in a simple but deeply meaningful way.

• Assist guests with washing and drying clothes

• Help manage laundry flow and timing

• Create a respectful and supportive environment

3. Showers

Provide dignity through a basic but powerful need.

• Help coordinate shower usage

• Keep the space clean and organized

• Ensure guests feel safe and respected

4. Hope Closet (Clothing)

Help meet tangible needs while restoring confidence.

• Organize donated clothing

• Assist guests in selecting clothes

• Maintain a welcoming and orderly space

5. Kitchen / Meals

Create connection through food and fellowship.

• Prepare and serve meals

• Help with setup and cleanup

• Engage with guests in a warm, relational way

6. Computer Room

Help guests take steps toward independence.

• Assist with job searches and applications

• Help with basic computer use

• Encourage and support guests as they work toward goals

7. Case Management

Walk alongside individuals on their journey toward stability.

• Help assess needs and set goals

• Connect guests with housing, employment, and support resources

• Provide ongoing encouragement and accountability

8. Spiritual Care

Speak into the deeper needs of the heart and soul.

• Pray with and for guests

• Offer encouragement rooted in faith

• Lead or support Bible studies or devotional moments

• Be present, listen, and point others toward hope in Christ

9. Arts & Crafts

Create space for expression, healing, and joy.

• Lead simple creative activities

• Engage guests through art, drawing, or hands-on projects

• Help create a peaceful and encouraging environment

• Use creativity as a tool for connection and restoration

10. Grant Writing

Help secure funding that fuels the mission.

• Research grant opportunities

• Assist in writing and submitting proposals

• Help track and report on grant outcomes

11. Fundraising

Play a key role in sustaining and growing the ministry.

• Help plan and execute fundraising initiatives

• Assist with donor communication and follow-up

• Support events and campaigns
